HDB WIS Exercise Feb 2007

Crazy! 5430 queue numbers issued for Walk-In Selection of 556 units in established towns. Came at 8am on day of queue release, and i got No. 496! How did it happen? How did those earlier than me know there's a WIS exercise? Not fair system.
